"Certainly." Mina smiled, letting him wrap her cloak around her. She followed him out of the Daily Prophet headquarters and out onto the street, clipping her cloak together so that it didn't flap open. "Down there?" She asked, nodding towards the restaurant down the block. She had seen him looking at it, and it was conveniently close. She dropped in on occasion to get take out.
"They have good chicken." She said absently, looking up at him. He really wasn't hard to look at, that was for certain, and she was more than aware of the stares that they were getting as they passed by. "So... thank you, for asking me out for lunch. It's nice to get away from my desk on occasion."

As Kobby settled her cloak around her her shoulders, he let his hands linger for a moment before putting his hands in the pockets of his jacket and walking out of the Daily Prophet with Mina. She was certainly nice to be around, and as far as he could tell she was enjoying the attention from not only himself but from those around them as well. Women looked at him, then looked at her only not as friendly a look as they gave Kobby. He would grin at them all, but only for a second before returning his attention to Nina.
"If you like it, I'm sure it'll be just fine" He responded in a confident voice. As the walked, Kobby let his elbow stray away from his torso so that she could could out her arm around his. "Would you??" He asked kindly as she thanked him for taking her from her desk.
"And I would take you out again if the chance was given to me" he said with a smile as they walked down the street together.

Mina was certainly aware of how long his hands wavered on her shoulders, and she smiled just slightly at the idea. His signals were coming in loud and strong, and Mina prided herself on being able to read most people. He wasn't exactly attached to her, but he was attracted.
She took his arm when he offered it to her, and she led the way down the street to the restaurant. She was here often enough that when the waiter saw she was with a guest- and therefore dining in- he led them immediately to her usual table in the back.
"Would you now?" She asked curiously. "Quite ambitious, considering you just met me."

As they entered the small restaurant Kobby instantly looked around to check on a few things. First; how many people were currently present. Second; was there anyone there that could recognize him and cause problems. There weren't a lot of people there, and that pleased him. It was certainly going to be easier to talk to Mina without a good number of ears around and as far as he could tell, there wasn't anyone present that could cause any trouble with either side. He grinned to himself as they were led to a table. The waiter seemed to know exactly where she was going so Kobby assumed that Mina had been here more often then she had led on. The waitress was cute, and she smiled at them at the reached the table but Kobby ignored her, setting his attention on pulling out the chair for Mina.
"I would" he answered with a grin, removing her cloak as he waited for her to sit.

Mina paid little attention to the waitress, watching Kobby for certain tell-tale signs, trying to guess what it was he really wanted from her. She was usually able to discern what people wanted, if she paid enough attention. It was part of what made her a good reporter, even if the topics she usually ferreted out weren't that big... yet.
She sat in her seat, allowing him to take her cloak. She didn't respond until he sat across from her, tilting her head slightly so that the overhead light brought out the natural red highlights in her hair. "I appreciate honesty more than flattery, Kobby." She said quietly, but her smile was polite. "Why do you really want to know about the death eaters? I have a hard time thinking it's for the reasons you gave me."

Kobby moved Mina's chair in for her, being the gentlemen that he was. Sitting down across from her, he gave her a small smile when he saw the color of her hair. Reaching across the table, he took a few strands into his fingers and looked at it more closely. He liked, being rather honest. Kobby never thought of himself as one to go for readheads, but the more he looked at her the more he thought she was beautiful.
He was in the process of thinking about how to tell her that, when she mentioned the reason he was there. He bit his lip for a moment before letting her hair from his fingers and bringing his hand back to his side of the small table.
"Well, I entered the Daily Prophet for the reason I gave you" He assured her, rumaging a napkin around on the table. "But I went to your desk because you caught my eye" He watched her again for a moment before letting go of napkin and putting his hands together in front of him, he rested his chin on them. "Your beautiful, do you know that??" He asked with a serious tone.
